Easy Returns
- Accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, with original packaging and certificates.
How to Start
- Email support@harmonicjewels.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, we’ll share the return instructions.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the item is received.
- Exchanges are possible for another size or design (price differences will be adjusted).
Exceptions
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Sale items marked “final sale” are non-returnable.
If Damaged or Wrong Item
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
