3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in INR for customers in India and in USD for international orders.
- International customers are responsible for local duties, taxes, or import fees.
- Payment methods accepted: major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and approved international gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped from Surat, India.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
- Once delivered and signed for, the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible within 7 days of delivery (unworn, undamaged, in original packaging).
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable unless
faulty. - Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
